About Silhouette Series
The Silhouette series is a collection of artwork that I started early on in my art career and continue to grow upon. As with most of my artwork, they are themed around the night sky and galaxy however what makes these different are the colors used. I explore the realm of color theory just to see how much emotion can come from the colors shown and place ambiguous forms and figures in most of the settings. Since these paintings are about the viewer I want to bring forth some memory or emotional connection to the colors and for them to fill-in the silhouette with their own consciousness.
